We look to employ and support teachers from their first year of study right through to their ongoing career goals and qualified and registered teachers.
Relationships with the children and their families and with each other is of utmost importance to us, and are placed at the heart of all we do. We work within a primary caregiving approach, and are focussed on individual children’s routines and meeting them where they are at.

Successful applicants are teachers who are passionate, motivated teachers, who hold an interest in Magda Gerber’s Educaring® Approach and/or Reggio Emilia (this isn’t a must, as guidance and support around this is on offer); teachers who have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, are fantastic team players, have excellent theoretical knowledge and the ability to implement this knowledge both in practice and through programme planning. Most importantly, our teachers are people who are open and willing to learn alongside us and join us on our journey of continuous improvement focussed on providing positive learning outcomes for children.
