At Dynamic Kids we treasure our kaiako (teachers) and look to support them on their learning journeys as they progress through their teaching careers. We look to employ and support teachers from their first year of study right through to their ongoing career goals and qualified and registered teachers.

Relationships with the children and their families and with each other is of utmost importance to us, and are placed at the heart of all we do. We work within a primary caregiving approach, and are focussed on individual children’s routines and meeting them where they are at.

Dynamic Kids employs teachers who can bring love, joy and laughter into our days together. In return, we are offering a supportive, friendly and positive working environment where we can all learn and grow together. We see our teaching team as our best assets and provide ample professional learning and development and support to encourage growth, both as a team and for individuals.

Successful applicants are teachers who are passionate, motivated teachers, who hold an interest in Magda Gerber’s Educaring® Approach and/or Reggio Emilia (this isn’t a must, as guidance and support around this is on offer); teachers who have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, are fantastic team players, have excellent theoretical knowledge and the ability to implement this knowledge both in practice and through programme planning. Most importantly, our teachers are people who are open and willing to learn alongside us and join us on our journey of continuous improvement focussed on providing positive learning outcomes for children.

In return, we offer exceptional hourly rates, ample non-contact, discounted childcare fees, paid staff meetings (plus dinner), staff social events, extra sick leave, and more to support you on your teaching journey.

To apply for a teaching position with us please submit your Curriculum Vitae and a Covering Letter that shares your personal teaching philosophy to [email protected]. Please note we only accept applications from teachers who are eligible to work in NZ and who are either qualified, registered ECE teachers or are engaged in a recognised level 7 ECE tertiary course.
